The CARPORT is part of our special line of Polycarbonate tunnel Range and comes at a standard of 3 Meters Wide. It is assembled using our standard Polycarbonate sheeting providing maximum weather coverage for either your vehicle or other storage requirements

Description
Dimensions:
The CARPORT comes at a standard usable space width of 3 Metres Wide.
The length of the Tunnel starts at a minimum of 4 Metres Long and can be increased in multiples of 2 Metre sections up to a maximum Length of 10 Meters.
The overall Ridge Height of the Tunnel is 2.9 Meters while the overall side wall Height is 2.1 Meters.
Frame:
The frame is made of a galvanized square tube 20 x 40mm. The frame is assembled by first marking out the desired area and installing the metel uprights, in which we place and bolt into the ground. Once complete and fully level, the side and roof semi-arches are placed out and bolted to the metal frame giving it the complete shape. Once the frame is secure, the polycarbonate sheeting is ready to applied.
Polycarbonate Sheeting:
Our standard twin-wall polycarbonate sheet is 6 metres long, 2.1 metres wide and 4mm thick. It has a layer of UV protection on the top. Our polycarbonate sheeting comes with a standard 15-year manufacteurer's warrenty against UV breakdown.

Polycarbonate fastening:
The polycarbonate roof sheets are secured using galvanised strapping on the outside of the sheets over the individual arches. The strapping is secured with galvanised Tec-screws with a rubber washer underlay to protect the sheeting from pressure damage.
